Flowers can not live in a vessel without spirit

I often hear the phrase "self made flower vessels" in flower exhibitions. As one can imagine, a self made vessel is a vessel someone has produced by himself. Unfortunately, I often have the unpleasant impression of flowers in imbalanced and disproportionate creations. The beauty and growth of the flowers is often disrupted by unnatural and unbalanced vessels. Also, sometimes the "season's feeling" is not properly expressed and as a result we have many handmade, uneven and terrible vessels.

There is a competing relationship between a flower and a vase. If a beautiful vase is created, a flower is bound to flourish. Flowers are affected directly from our actions. Arranging flowers, thinking of what is appropriate for them are things that can thrill our hearts. Therefore in Saideigama, we would like to assist you in making pottery based on our lifestyles and our appreciation for quality and beauty.
Let us present to you the "vibrations" between a flower and a flower vessel.

Side view
This vessel is an object which can be used as a flower vase but also as an item of interior decoration by itself. Moreover, when arranging flowers you can use it freely from all sides and directions. It is a revolutionary flower vase which can be placed and used from various angles.

Its creation consists of cutting and attaching freely several pieces of clay.
Puddle
The bottom of the vessel is decorated with glass giving a cool sensation. The "naturally" damaged figure can be achieved easily through our lectures and guidance. Also, there is a large selection of glass colors to choose from for the base of the vessel.
Snow spiral
This flower vessel expresses winter and the way white snow falls thick and lies on the ground, shaping rough and uneven surfaces similar with the pot's wall. The basic shape of the vessel is already made so members can spend time in creating their own design.
Yukiwariso
Making a hole in a white and hollow vessel gives this beautiful result. You can decorate it with flowers whether the vase is standing or laid down. Turning it upside down will demonstrate its wide opening and the result will look like Mt. Tsuragi (a Japanese mountain located in Tokushima prefecture). The basic shape of the vessel is prepared beforehand so members can focus on creating the size of the vase and shaping the hollow.
Wavy stone
The stripes on the surface of the vessel give the impression of sea waves. Flower arrangements that go with this wave-like surface can give a unique aesthetic result. The vessel can be laid upfront, sideways or on the backside. Size, pattern and the position of the hole can be changed.
Straw marks
This vessel's surface is part of it's beauty. Flower arrangements matching the pot's wavy decoration can give a unique aesthetic result.

The pot is already prepared, so members can focus on "damaging" the surface with a stone.
The smell of Spring
The discrete crack-like cut on the surface of this item is part of it's charm. The cut on the vessel is similar to soil cracks and intends to create the impression of Spring.

The clay is already prepared for you so you can focus on the creative process. Overdoing it however, can have the result seen in the item shown below (Torn Sack).
White lily

The "cut" on the surface of this vase is part of it's charm. Decorated flowers that match the vessels's character can give a unique aesthetic result. Size, shape and the pattern can be changed freely.
Torn sack

The torn surface of this object is part of it's charm. Matching flowers to this vase's distinctive shape can give a unique aesthetic result.
